  3. Laurie, thank you! I thought that their color was beautiful. They were fantastic and probably one of my favorite fish to eat.

Jude, thank you! Yes, let's turn the page...:)

    Maria, they were fantastic!

Phivos, yes! We eat well and the kids love these.

R, what can I say? In a sense, I agree...poor fishies...but they were so delicious. They were enjoyed thoroughly!

  4. Cheryl, I wondered if you had some information, (this is not related to your fishes) and wasn't sure how or where to ask it, so I am placing it here (sorry if this is incorrect)... Have you blogged on how your kids transitioned into Greek school? like if they speak Greek (my daughter doesn't), behavior and attitude of teachers?

  5. Do you know if I can get Barbuni in the US & what name it would go by? Thank you!

  6. Lu, I believe that barbuni are called red mullet in the U.S. You can try to see if a Greek restaurant in your area might serve them. I've had them in Chicago before and they were probably imported. So, yes, you can have them in the U.S. :)
