Angela Suleman? Shock video? This is where the internet is sick. It's one thing to find links to my pages here and there, but to post my daughter's picture and what I've written about our new puppy is beyond disgusting. 

So maybe a little more than fifteen minutes...

Here are the videos that you've all been waiting for. They've been recorded by Belpana, a blog reader that came out of lurking to help me out. What she has done is beyond generous...thank you again Belpana! What a fantastic surprise!

Here are some pictures that I took at the the TV station.

I was sitting outside of the studio watching and giggling with myself as there was nobody else around for a while. 

As we were leaving the station one of the ANT1 employees stopped us and handed Kosta a phone. It was someone from the Kalimera Ellada show and they wanted to have Kosta on the show Monday morning. Of course, he accepted the invitation. 

While we were stopping for coffee, my phone rang. It was someone from another channel. They wanted Kosta to appear on their morning show also. Unfortunately, he couldn't have been in two places at once so he had to decline the invitation.  

This was a lot of fun for us and the kids were absolutely thrilled to see their father on TV. Izabella told her classmates and they didn't believe her. Foti was just beside himself. Belpana recorded a segment of his appearance on Kalimera Ellada.( a million thanks again Belpana!!!) Here it is...enjoy! 

Fifteen minutes of fame?

Do you remember a post back in October that discussed my husband and his double? My friend Phivos Nicholaides worked hard at putting together a great post about my husband, his resemblance to Costa Caramanlis and some of his/our experiences as a result of his likeness. We all had a fun reading it and most of you agreed that my husband's resemblance to Mr. Caramanlis was "uncanny".  It seems that someone from the TV station ANT 1 read Phivos' post and was interested in my husband's likeness to the prime minister as well.  Kosta will be on the morning show 6 με 10 Μαζί  tomorrow morning...around 7:30am! 

If you are in Greece and happen to be up that early check it out! I know that ANT 1 is available by satellite outside of Greece also, so if you have it and watch the show, enjoy!

One thing that I love about eating out at a taverna is that dessert is always included.  Recently,  Kataifi and vanilla  ice cream were a perfect way to end a fantastic meal.
