Olives

We've been picking olives for curing this week...hence my absence from the blogosphere.
I hope that everyone has a great weekend!

  1. Cheryl, picking olives for curing it's a nice job! Your olive crop looks good. We shall wait to send us the olive oil!

  3. Philip-I know, picking olives is therapeutic in a way. But-the kids don't want to help much after the third time around!

Maria, I'm trying to get as many as I can before they all fall to the ground. We have so many more than last year. I am picking an hour here...1/2 hour there...whenever the opportunity arises. Have fun picking yours!

BTW...my pethera was in Crete 2 weeks ago and she brought us some of your local specialties...

    Malik-Thank you for visiting!

  4. Hi Cheryl,

We had a chance to visit with Kosta the other night. He came over for a beer and gave the girls gifts from this visit and last. They love it all. We enjoyed Kosta, but missed seeing you and the kiddos. It looks like you are living a critter filled life! Enjoy! Stay well and peace!
