Gigi's Christmas

We enjoyed our Christmas celebration and Gigi did also. She's adapted well to spending a few days in an apartment. Why wouldn't she? She's just as spoiled as the children! I don't have much to say as I believe that pictures tell her Christmas day story.

Yeah, baby! She scored some turkey from the table!! ( We never feed her from the table...Merry Christmas Gigi!)

Yia-Yia made her a sweater and Thia outfitted her with a shiny bow.

Here's what she thought of the bow.

I'll be back soon.
Wishing you all peace & love this holiday season!

  1. I'm impressed! Your inlaws understand pets! Gigi got a sweater.

She's adorable. I want another one!

  2. Hi Cheryl,
It's hard being a dog, isn't it? I love her sweater.
    Happy New Year!

  4. Hi Syd! Yes, they do understand and love animals. When I met my husband they had a cat. We keep trying to convince Yia-Yia that she needs a cat or dog to keep her busy! They love Gigi just as much as we do.(especially now that she's old enough not to pee on yia-yia's rugs anymore!)
About getting another one, I'm with you on that one. I see little puppies all of the time and I'm tempted to give them a home but then I wake up and admit that I have enough on my plate already.
I hope that you're enjoying your holidays!

Angela, Yes! It's really rough for Gigi. She's warm fed and loved. What more could a dog ask for? And now, yia-yia is making clothes for her? I'm jealous. :)
Happy New Year to you and your family as well!!

Phivos, Thank you!! Her Christmas present thus far were some yummy dog snacks and turkey from the table. Hopefully, Santa will bring her a shiny new collar and a new toy...so that she can stop chewing on the kids' toys! Happy New Year!!

Maria, yes she is...TOTALLY! :)Happy New Year!

  5. She's gorgeous, yes, I know they can get round you and you end up doing things like letting them sit on sofas and giving them food.

Happy New Year to you and your family

  6. Gigi is kind of a ham - I think you could hire her out as a television model! Cheryl, Happy New Year!!! I hope it brings you only good things! (and thanks for the kind wishes on my site).

  7. Laurie, it's so nice to have you back!
Yes...Gigi is a ham! But...television? No way. She doesn't listen to anyone! Well, I won't be so harsh...she does sometimes, but I think that I've let her free spirit roam too much for her to do anything like that...
    :)

Happy New Year to you also!!!!!!!
