Street Musician I

Walking along Wabash Ave. in Chicago I came across several street musicians.  I took photos of most of the musicians I encountered, but this man was one of my favorites - he was an amazing saxophone player.

  1. I am not sure what to feel when I see such talents in the streets, is it their passion to perform in the street, or because they were just unlucky with their exceptional talents.

  3. @ venichhe...As I approached him and other musicians on the street my first thought was "What brought him here?"...he seemed tired & sad-he didn't make eye contact with me or anyone else. As he picked up the money from his case he simply nodded, still not making eye contact.
Thank you for your comment. :)
