  2. Lucky you to be able to casually show such gorgeous pictues of trees in their prime. All of the fruit looks amazing! The olives look just about ready to pick and cure. I'm envious.

  3. Hey Syd! The lemon tree is lovely, I agree. We've been snacking on the pomegranites(the baby loves them), giving lots away and also juicing them. We have 3 pomegranite trees. My MIL makes a great liqueur with them, ever had it while in Greece? Yum!

    I'm still a little overwhelmed with the amount of fruit we have here, but I love it. The olives are ready to cure, we just picked some this week. After we are finished selecting the best olives for curing, we will collect the rest of the olives for oil. We have 130 olive trees. The only thing is that they weren't cared for well over the summer and many of them haven't produced. I can't wait to see how much oil we get.
